Carefully place your jewelry in its original display box and protective mailer, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel.

Inspection and Refund

Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
